What Does “Smokeless Moxa” Mean?

“Smokeless” is a comparative product-performance descriptor. It is not proof of zero smoke, zero particles, zero odor or zero risk.

ISO 21366:2019

The published edition provides a framework for combustion-type smokeless moxibustion devices, including smoke density, moxibustion temperature, noxious gas and relevant test methods.
